In 2010, Traci created two new projects called "All TIEd Up" and “All DOLLed Up”.  The “All TIEd Up” project is a series of workshops that teaches the young men how to dress for success and make responsible choices that will prepare them for the real world. The mission is to teach young men (ages 13-18) how to “tie” a neck tie, in many ways, with ties donated from the local community.  Once these young men have mastered this skill, they will be rewarded with their own tie to take home to practice with. The “All DOLLed Up” project is a series of workshops that teaches the young women how to dress for success, etiquette, and make responsible choices that will prepare them for the real world. The mission is to teach young women (ages 13-18) how to build their self- esteem and provide them with life skills to become a successful and empowered individual.  Once these young women have mastered this skill, they will be rewarded with a timeless, classic, and never goes out of style scarf to take home and wear as a fashionable accessory to proclaim their “DOLLed Up” status.

In 2011, Traci created the "Stuff the Bus" school supply campaign at The Shoppes at EastChase in Montgomery, Alabama to support the Montgomery Public School system. The goal was to collect school supplies for children attending schools in Montgomery County schools so that they can succeed. All donations were given to the Montgomery County School Board to be distributed to needy schools and children in Montgomery County. A school bus was on site so that local residents and businesses would be able to bring their donated school supplies and literally “stuff” the bus with the school supplies. The “Stuff the Bus” campaign provided relief to the administration, educators, and countless families with supplies such as notebook paper, spiral notebooks, No. 2 pencils, pens, crayons, scissors, glue, colored pencils, rulers, composition books, protractors, pocket folders, pocket folds with clasps, and backpacks as well as teaching supplies such as dry eraser markers, color pens, copy paper, markers and reward stickers. This inaugural "Stuff the Bus" school supply campaign collected about $4,000 worth of school supplies.
